Restore Prosperity may not disclose the source of claimable funds, without a signed Authority to Release Form. This Authority to Release is a legally binding contract, authorising Restore Prosperity to work as your Refund Agent. A signed Authority to Release form is the requirement of ALL holding authorities, when enlisting the services of a Refund Agent. By signing our Authority to Release Form, clients recognise and accept responsibility for the provision of all correct documentation required to initiate their claim. Clients are guided by Restore Prosperity regarding all required documentation.

It is illegal to knowingly make a claim to funds which DO NOT belong to you. Restore Prosperity will NEVER support a fraudulent claim.

Restore Prosperity’s fee is 15% + GST of all money recovered. Our fee is payable at the time of recovery. We use the service of Fee from Refund (ABN 99 156 638 890). This service enables our clients to pay Restore Prosperity, directly from their successful claim. The balance of the recovered money will be deposited electronically into your nominated bank account. Please ensure accuracy when providing your bank account details. It is the responsibility of the clients to provide the correct Account Name, BSB Number, Account Number. Restore Prosperity will issue a Paid Tax Invoice for our services within 7 days of you receiving your funds.

If Restore Prosperity are unsuccessful with your unclaimed money refund, then there will be no charge for our service. Our fee will not be charged.

Every effort is made by Restore Prosperity to ensure your refund is deposited directly into your nominated bank account, within 9 weeks of receiving ALL correct documentation from our client. It is the responsibility of clients to provide correct information. Providing incorrect information may lead to a delay in the receipt of your refund. Restore Prosperity and its employees are not responsible for any delays in the process of claims by holding authorities and do not accept responsibility for any loss, claim or liability arising from any such delay.

Restore Prosperity does not warrant or guarantee the currency, accuracy or completeness of any information provided via any correspondence and/or communications. Restore Prosperity disclaims liability of any kind, including and without limitation, liability for accuracy, quality, performance, or reliability for a particular purpose arising out of the information provided.

Acceptance of our service is automatic acceptance of our terms & conditions.

Privacy Policy

All Investigators employed by Restore Prosperity are committed to providing you with quality recovery services within a secure and private environment.

Using Personal Information

Restore Prosperity may use your personal information to contact you either by mail or phone, to search for your unrecovered funds and assist you with the recovery process.

Data Retention

Restore Prosperity will only retain your personal and/or company data for as long as deemed necessary for us to render a service to you for the recovery of your funds, except where otherwise provided by law.

Securing Your Data

Restore Prosperity takes considerable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss or misuse of your personal and/or business/company information.

Acceptance of our service is automatic acceptance of all Restore Prosperity Terms & Conditions.
